Privacy policy
Skymark Registry is a brand of HK Enterprises, India. This page explains what we collect when you order, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
- The star name, dedication, message, occasion and gift-from name you write. These are printed on the certificate.
- Your name, email address, phone number and delivery address, so we can send the certificate and contact you about the order.
- If you buy a gift card: your name and email address, and the name and words you write for the card. Whoever uses the card sees the name and the words, not your email address.
- If you write to us from the page for companies: your name, email address, phone number and message, so we can reply.
- A scrambled form of your internet address, kept only to stop automated abuse of the order form.
- Which advertisement, link or website brought you to us, when the link says so. It is kept with the order as a short label, such as the name of an advertisement or of a creator's link, so that we know what is working. It says nothing about who you are.
- A daily count of how many visits reached each step of ordering. It is a plain number: no cookies are used and nothing about you or your device is stored with it.
We do not collect card or UPI details. Payments are handled by Razorpay in its own secure window, under its own privacy policy. We receive only a payment reference and confirmation that payment was made.
What is public
The registry is searchable by anyone. It shows the star's name, registry number, catalogue number, position and the date it was recorded. It never shows who bought it, the dedication, the message, or any contact details.
Each order also has a private star page reached by a link and QR code. Anyone who has that link can see the star name, dedication and message. Share it only with people you want to see it.
Who we share it with
- Our website host and database provider, who store the data for us.
- The courier, who receives the name, address and phone number needed to deliver a printed certificate.
- The payment provider, when payments are switched on.
- The email service that delivers our order emails, which receives your name, email address and order details.
We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Registry entries are kept for as long as the registry exists, because that is the product. Contact and delivery details are kept for as long as needed to fulfil the order and meet tax and accounting rules.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct your details, to remove your contact details after delivery, or to remove your star page. Write to us at the address below.
