Where we deliver
We deliver printed and framed certificates to any address in India. We do not post outside India yet. Digital certificates can be ordered from anywhere.
What delivery costs
Delivery within India is free. It is included in the price you see, along with GST.
How long it takes
- Digital certificates are sent to your email address within 24 hours of payment.
- Printed and framed certificates are made to order and delivered within 1 to 2 weeks (7 to 14 days) of ordering. A digital copy is emailed first, so you have something to give on the day.
The order page shows the dates to expect before you pay. Remote areas, public holidays and festival seasons can add a few days.
Tracking
Printed and framed certificates travel by tracked courier. We send the tracking details by email when the parcel is handed over.
Your address
Please give a full address with PIN code and a phone number the courier can call. You can change the address by writing to us at any time before the parcel is handed to the courier.
If it is late, lost or damaged
If your certificate has not arrived 21 days after ordering, or it arrives damaged, we replace it free of charge or refund you in full. The details are in the refund and cancellation policy.
